Meet Our Founder

Konve People was brought to life by Konstantinos (Kosta) Veves. Kosta is a Microsoft Azure and Information Security Architect with over 30 years of experience in IT having a first-hand experience of the industry’s recruitment challenges.

His qualifications include an Integrated Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Computer Engineering, a Law degree, and an MBA in progress. Kosta is also CISSP certified and holds multiple expert-level Microsoft certifications including the Azure Solutions Architect, and the Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect.

Driven by the belief that there’s a better way, Konstantinos founded Konve Group to create the kind of recruitment agency that IT professionals and businesses truly deserve – one built on understanding, respect, and genuine expertise.
